Chakki Fresh Atta
Whole wheat flour, ground to order. Use within two months for the best rotis — there is nothing in it to keep it "fresh" longer.
Everything is made in Robertsganj from wheat and oilseed bought locally. Pack sizes below are what we keep ready — other sizes can be packed to order.
Ground on a stone chakki at low speed. The bran and germ stay in the flour, which is why the atta looks a little darker than branded packets — and why the roti tastes better.

Sharbati and Lokwan varieties, sieved and destoned. For families who grind at home and for shops that mill for customers.
The bran sifted out during milling, bagged fresh. Bought mostly by dairy farmers and cattle owners around Sonbhadra.
Pressed slowly at low temperature and bottled without refining. The sediment you may see at the bottom of the bottle is normal — that is the oil, not a fault.
Sarson oil with its natural sharpness intact. The everyday cooking oil across this region, and still the one most customers ask for.
Mild and good for deep frying. Pressed from cleaned groundnut, filtered through cloth rather than chemicals.
Til oil for tempering, pickles and traditional cooking. Pressed in small runs, so it is always recent.
Pressed from dried coconut, for cooking, hair and skin. Solid in winter, clear in summer — both are normal.
Rates change with the wheat and oilseed market, so we quote them daily instead of printing a price that goes stale. Call or message for today's rate.

If you already have grain at home, bring it to the mill and we will grind it while you wait. You see your own wheat go in and your own atta come out.
Because we do not sift out the germ, our atta keeps for about two months in a dry container. Buy a size you will finish — that is the point of a chakki.
Tell us how many people you cook for, or how many bags your shop needs — we will suggest the right size.
